Return and Refund Policy

All products sold by Infinite Safety Download Shop are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to accept returns once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

No Refunds on Digital Products By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply, as you have expressly consented to immediate access to the digital content.

Exceptions If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.

If a product is found to be materially different from its description, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us to discuss.
